How to Resolve It

For Payment Failures

  1. Check Account Balance: Ensure your account has sufficient funds for the payment.
  2. Verify Payment Information: Double-check your payment details, including card number, expiration date, and billing address.
  3. Contact Your Bank: If your card was declined, contact your bank to clarify why and resolve any issues.
  4. Handle Payment Retry Bug: If you experience the payment retry bug, email inquiries@screenapp.io and we will manually delete the previous payment attempt from our system.

For Subscription Issues

  1. Review Subscription Status: Log in to your ScreenApp account and check your subscription status. Ensure it’s active and not expired or canceled.
  2. Allow Processing Time: Payment changes or upgrades might take some time to process.
  3. Cancel Subscription (if needed): If you intend to cancel your subscription, follow ScreenApp’s cancellation process outlined in their terms of service. For your reference, our refund policy is also detailed in the Terms of Service, allowing you to request a refund if applicable.
